Mr Onizuka thats it..he doesnt think too much and just went to settle things in his own way + abnormal physical strength.

Mugen form samurai champloo...
hes easily a badass...i mean just doesnt care and doesnt want to know.. hes nowere near as strong as luffy or son goku (it is song goku form the dbz series right?...) but hes a very cool guy |

criminal deaths
Yagami, Mastermind of the hundreds upon hundreds of criminal deaths? How about Gilgamesh, King of Heros with the ability to pull out any weapon from his Noble Phantasm, Gate of Babylon? Or even Nanaya Shiki, possessor.

Ive only seen Goku and Yagami out of all of those...but Yagami is pretty badass

I would have to say it is leleouch from Code Geass. He is able to conquer the world and able to basically kill someone that is immortal. Plus his Geass is definately the most useful one out of all the Geass that were used through the series.
