Sad Ending?
It's been a while since Death Note ended. But it'll never be forgotten, still thinking of the ending, I always was routing for Kira, though it ended.
What do you guys think of the ending? Compare the anime ending vs. Manga ending. In my opinion the anime ending was kinda better for me, seriously Light was way too pathetic in the end so it would make sense for him to run instead of asking for help from Ryuuk. What do guys think? Although the manga continued a year after Kira died, the anime didn't show us that cause there was no real point to it. |

It doesn't really matter, the oppinions between manga and anime. The fact is, they both were ridiculious. They actually made Kira look completely dumb, make him scream for his life? We're talking about a guy, who was such a genious, that he planned a month ahead. Lose all the sudden and then do that kind of things? Nah, thats just wanting to finish the anime too fast. I saw the manga end, I didn't even want to watch the anime episode. It would have ruined, the whole series for me.

The ending was so amazing i was utterly stunned, who every wrote this manga/anime sure knew what they were doing...
i do have one question what is the difference between the manga and anime? cause i might get the manga Also whats with these movies i keep hearing of..whats the deal with them?

the ending was interesting as how ryuuk killed light but the second season could have been better

In the manga theres lots of dialog between the characters and in the anime most of the dialog gets cut. But I think the two endings end with the same idea though.
