i think i would just keep it and only use it as a last resort or maybe end the lives of people who's lives are miserable and homeless and has nothing left in this world.

If I had one and used it as much as they do in the show, I wouldn't keep using the same M.O.(heart attack) I would like to say that I put it to good use, but I'm sure that it would be difficult not to use it for personal gain.

I'd probably try to "purify the world" too. 'Course, I don't have the superhuman logic, or the resources, that Raito has, so I'd probably be caught after a little while. As far as the guilt thing goes, I think I'd actually be alright, just so long as I didn't have to kill anyone in person. I think I'd be a little more prone to my own bias than Raito was at first though. Actually... I might resort to killing people I deem useless or annoying pretty quickly. -.-;;
