I can think of only two shows:

Full Metal Panic

One Piece

I would say you would like FMP. It sounds like what your looking for

Sadly, you have to go to a different anime website then this one to watch the first season of Full metal Panic. Then come back here and watch the next two.

And One Piece is just funny here and there, but its better than Bleach in my opinion. Every here and there a few episodes get really meh though....
